FAQs About Pre-Orders

How does it work?

Our pre-orders take 2-4 weeks after placing your order to arrive, unless specified otherwise. We don't like waiting a long time for orders and don't want you to wait too long either! Generally items arrive around the 2 week mark but we estimate up to 4 weeks in case there are any shipping delays. 

We pride ourselves on having a quick turn around time (TAT). If we have not received your order by week 4 after your purchase you have the option of a full refund!

If you order any other items with pre-order items your order will NOT ship until all items are in. We do not split orders unless you pay a second shipping fee. Unfortunately USPS rates are simply too high for us to do this. It is recommended that you place separate orders so you are not left waiting for all of your items.

Pre-Production Items

We occasionally offer "Pre-Production" items for sale. These are either GCA exclusive designs or designs our supplier has in the works. They are not made yet, therefore the TAT is 4-6 weeks (unless otherwise specified). These items are clearly marked in their title and description to ensure you know that you are buying an item with a longer TAT.

Why is my pre-order taking so long?

A few reasons can delay your order:

First, if you've ordered a large amount of pre-order items we may not receive them all at once. Your order will not ship until every piece has arrived. Multiple shipments are definitely possible if you'd like to pay a second shipping fee.

Second, some items take longer to come due to supply and demand. For example, during the Fall and Winter seasons sweaters are in high demand creating a longer TAT. 

Lastly, sometimes items may be received by us defective in some way. An oddly sewn seam, a tear, or a missing button are examples. Though it's rare, this could be a cause for a delay in your order as we await a replacement. Which is another reason we do not utilize drop shipping!

These reasons would be why your order is nearing the full 4 week mark.
