This tutu is made of a stiff tulle and is shorter than our regular tutu which gives it a ballerina look. Add rhinestone tulle mixed in for $3 (as shown).
Sizing:
0-24 months is roughly 4" long
2-4T is roughly 6" long
4-6T is roughly 8" long
