We want you to LOVE your purchase. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All Apparel: You may return apparel for any reason. The customer is responsible for return shipping on items. The items will only be refunded or exchanged once they are in our possession and have been inspected. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Swim: Swim wear may not be returned or refunded. The only exception is if the wrong item was sent.
Accessories: Accessories may not be returned or refunded. The only exception is if the wrong item was sent.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at goldencactustutus@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Tutus
If you've decided to cancel a tutu order contact us immediately. If the tutu has not been started then you will be issued a full refund. However, due to the handmade and customized nature of the tutus, refunds and exchanges are not accepted once the product has been started. The only exception to this policy is if there is an error on our part such as the wrong item being sent.
Please be sure you are buying the correct size. Returns will NOT be accepted based on sizing issues.

All sales are final on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note: Shipping delays on behalf of the postal service WILL NOT receive refunds. Once the package is out of our hands and in possession of the postal service we no longer have any control. If your package seems to be lost in transit please call your post office to file a report. Please understand, we are a small business, we can not refund packages that are delayed due to the postal service.
